• Pixie Amber Bees (Image 1) are approx a half inch tall. Suitable for earrings or pendants.
• Amber Bees (Standard size Image 2) are approx. 1 inch tall.
• Statement Amber Bees (Image 3) are approx. 1.5 to 2 inches tall.
• Amber Bee Talisman Necklace styles will be approx. a 3 inch drop from chain/cord to the base of the bee.

CUSTOM ORDER FAQS AND POLICY

Following check out, you will be sent a form with theme and preference options to make your selections from. The ultimate design is then created based on the feel of the bee and decisions of the designer. Custom orders average between 3 to 6 weeks for production. If something needs to be special ordered, time may be added.

Q & A :

• I love an item pictured, but it's been sold. Can I get an exact duplicate made? | It would be my pleasure to make your own unique version of the item that has been sold. As all custom orders are one-of-a-kind in nature it will not be an exact copy. It will be unique to you.

• If I order earrings will they be identical? | They will not be identical as each bee is hand carved and unique. Effort can be made to select the closest pairings available based on size, shape, and color, or you can opt for a design that allows any differences to be disguised or accentuated.

• May I select my own stones? | You may opt to allow the selection process to be totally left to the artist, or in some cases you may choose to select your focal bee from loft inventory.

• What if I want changes made once it's finished? | You may opt to be completely surprised on delivery (most folks trust the process and the universe to bring them their perfect outcome), or you may choose to have one preview with one revision.

• What if I change my mind before the project ships out? | If you decide before work metal work on your project has begun that you would like to cancel, your payment will be refunded minus a 30% cancelation fee for my time and efforts up to that point. If you decide after metal work on your project has begun that you would like to cancel, your payment will be refunded minus a 30% + $25 cancelation fee. (Example: 30% of $100 = $30 + $25 = $55 total fee for cancelation after work began.)

• What if I change my mind after the item ships? | If you decide after the project is shipped that you would like to return the item, it may be returned within 7 days of delivery, at your cost, in it's original unworn condition and original packaging. It will be exchanged for shop credit minus a 30% restock fee. If the item returned is not in it's original condition and packaging, and is seen to have been damaged, there will be additional reductions in shop credit taken based on the level of damage to the item.
