• Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout based on the items you have purchased.

• Tracking information is provided. Most shipping options include insurance.

• Alley's Loft is not responsible for any damage sustained during shipping. In the event of loss or damage in shipping please use your tracking number, take photos of damage to shipping container, item, and contact the shipping company.

• Your order will be packed as carefully and economically as possible to keep shipping costs down. 

• One shipping address per order. Please make separate orders for items shipping to different addresses.

   - OR - Up to 2 "Boost!" Mystery Boxes, PLUS, 2 "Sweet!" Mystery Boxes, AND room for another small item
   - OR - Up to 4 Medium - Larger Crystal Items

RETURN POLICY:

• What if I change my mind and want to return my purchase? 
   If you decide after your purchase has been shipped out that you would like to return the item it may be returned within 7 days of delivery, in its original unworn condition and original packaging at your cost. It will be exchanged for shop credit minus a 25%* restock fee (maybe higher on custom orders, see your listing). If the item returned is not in its original condition and packaging, and is seen to have been damaged, there will be additional reductions in shop credit taken based on the level of damage to the item. 

• What if I accidentally damaged the item I want to return?
